What is an attendance system
An attendance system records employees' check-ins, check-outs, breaks and absences. From those records it calculates hours worked and overtime and supplies data for payroll.
In an ERP, attendance also connects to projects and manufacturing: you know how many hours went into a job and what it cost.

What is an attendance system?
An attendance system records employees' check-ins, check-outs and absences, calculates hours worked and overtime and supplies data for payroll.
Do I need an attendance terminal?
No. A tablet at the door in kiosk mode is enough, with sign-in by PIN or barcode card. People in the field check in from their phones.
Does the system calculate payroll too?
We recommend keeping payroll in your payroll program. Attendance goes from our system into it as source data, with no retyping.
How much does an attendance system cost?
You don't pay for licenses. An employee who only logs attendance is a light user at 2.49 EUR a month, so even a large team comes out cheap. We quote the rollout as a fixed price, operations 137 EUR a month, support from 499 EUR a month.
