An ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a business information system that ties sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, invoicing, people and projects together in one database. Every figure is entered once and everyone works with the same numbers. Without ERP, that information lives in several programs and spreadsheets that people retype by hand.
Off-the-shelf ERPs have one problem: the company has to adapt to the software. We start the other way round, with your processes, and configure the system to match.

Fit with your operations
Boxed ERP makes you change your processes to fit the software. We set our system up around how you really work, from large trading firms to manufacturers.
An estimate from our projects and migrations, not an independent study. Companies close the gap to 100% with spreadsheets, e-mails and retyping, and that's where time gets lost and mistakes creep in.
DEMOInside you'll find deals, quotes and invoices with Czech VAT, plus a shared inbox. Nothing is saved, and the demo resets every night.
You get access with a code sent by e-mail, no password.

This calculator covers the monthly running cost. The one-off rollout and data migration are in the implementation calculator.
Why pay per account if the license is free? Every user means work for us: support, creating and removing access, permission reviews, training and account security. We charge for that work, not for a license, which is why a light user costs less than a full one.
A module is an add-on that adds or changes system behavior beyond configuration. For example company lookup in ARES, a link to your e-shop or bank, or custom order approval. Configuration is not a module: custom fields, stages, reports, e-mail templates and automated actions set up by clicking in the system are included.
A module costs from 44 EUR a month. The fee covers their upkeep: with every new system version we have to test and port them so they keep working.
A custom solution, say your own production planning or a customer portal, usually consists of several modules and we quote it separately after the fit-gap analysis. You get the price up front, not on the invoice.

You don't need a separate project costing tens of thousands. We go through your processes in the fit-gap analysis before rollout and add only what's missing.

How the rollout works
We walk through your processes and write down for each one whether the system covers it with configuration, with a change, or not at all. You keep the result.
We configure modules, roles and permissions, move data over from your current system and prepare a test environment.
Key people work in a test copy with their own data. We fix things until it fits.
We switch over in a quiet period and keep looking after the system under the package you chose.
Support and operations
You can change package later. Prices are final and paid monthly on top of user accounts.
The system runs, is backed up and stays current. You don't need your own admin.

For companies where the whole operation uses the system and downtime hurts.

Priced by scope
Extra hours beyond the package: 135 EUR/h, from 99 EUR/h for a larger scope of work. We quote the rollout as a fixed price after the fit-gap analysis.

FAQ
An ERP system is a business information system that ties sales, inventory, manufacturing, invoicing, people and projects together in one database. Every figure is entered once and everyone works with the same numbers.
You don't pay for Odoo licenses, because the system runs on open source Odoo. You pay for the rollout, which we quote as a fixed price after the fit-gap analysis, plus operations 137 EUR a month, support from 499 EUR and the Partner package from 1,399 EUR a month, always plus the service fee for user accounts. Our ERP calculator gives you a ballpark rollout price.
In practice an off-the-shelf ERP covers around 60% of how a company works, 80% in the best case. Odoo is open, so we fill the gaps with configuration or a module, and we aim for 95%.
The system runs on open source Odoo under the LGPL-3 license. The source code and the database are yours. If you decide to leave, you can take the system over yourself or hand it to another partner, with no license fees and no export fees.
Yes. The VAT return and the VAT control statement (kontrolní hlášení) are built from your accounting entries and downloaded as XML for the EPO tax portal, checked against the official schema. Your accountant submits it to the portal. The system never files anything on its own.
You ask in plain language, for example which quotes over 20,000 EUR have been open for more than a month, and the assistant answers from the data in the system. It sees only what the given user is allowed to see. A person has to confirm every data change, and everyone has a monthly budget. AI is optional: you can connect your own provider account, use a model on our EU infrastructure from 199 EUR a month, or run an AI server inside your own network.
The technical side is in the system from day one: risk management, asset register, security events, audit log and password policy. Before rollout we go through your processes in the fit-gap analysis and add what's missing, so you don't need to pay for a separate project costing tens of thousands. An accredited certification body issues the ISO 27001 certificate. We prepare you for the audit.
Four to twelve weeks depending on scope. We confirm the date after the fit-gap analysis and switch over in a period that suits you.
If you sign your order by 31 Dec 2026, we test the finished system before go-live: the web interface, the API and login. You get a report with findings ranked by severity, a certificate that the test was carried out, and a retest after the fixes.
Yes, migration is a normal part of a rollout. We move the address book, products, open documents and the history you need. The price depends on how much data there is and what shape it's in: cleaning and fixing bad data is quoted separately once we've seen a sample. See the migration pages for details.
