Pohoda and Money S3 are close. The package and its limits make the difference, not the brand. Helios is a different league: an ERP with product lines by company size. Whether an accounting program is enough or you need an ERP comes down to one thing: how much of the work around accounting is done by hand. Prices and features below are from the vendors' pages as of 25 October 2026.

Pohoda vs Money S3: prices and limits
Pohoda is made by Stormware, Money S3 by Seyfor. Both have one-off prices excluding VAT. Pohoda is sold in seventeen combinations of variant and line, Money S3 in five bundles plus a free three-month Start.

One caution: the word Pohoda is not enough. Pohoda Premium at CZK 16,980 and Pohoda E1 Komplet at CZK 34,980 are two different programs. According to Stormware, only the E1 line adds roles in access rights, custom agendas and data fields, and extended warehouses.
Try it without arguing about brands. Download the Pohoda demo, take Money S3 Start and enter the same month of real documents into both. You will see the package limits in an afternoon.
Helios: what it is and what the smallest package costs
Asseco Solutions splits Helios by company: Red for sole traders, Easy for a small firm, Inuvio for a mid-sized one and Nephrite for a large one. Helios Easy packages start at CZK 23,880 (Economics and Trade), Production costs from CZK 35,880 and Production Complete from CZK 47,880. The site does not state VAT for these prices. An hour of a consultant's work costs CZK 2,650 excluding VAT; transport and starting up the system are not included. Easy has a CRM module and a Production module. For Inuvio the site gives no price, mentions a capacity plan for production and a CRM, and says more than 4,500 firms use the system.
You will not find the name Helios Orange in the offer on helios.eu. The address helios.eu/helios-orange led to the Helios Inuvio page on 25 October 2026. We did not find an end-of-support date for Orange on the vendor's site, so we do not state one here. Ask Asseco Solutions in writing.
And ABRA
ABRA has two live products on its site: ABRA Flexi for straightforward business and ABRA Aiva for mid-sized and large firms. ABRA Gen and ABRA Flores are in the Product archive section. Flexi costs CZK 425, 1,055 or 1,375 per user per month depending on the plan (Basic, Business, Premium), or CZK 390, 967 or 1,260 with annual payment. The price list does not state VAT. Connections: where Pohoda ends and what the others offer
If you are looking for a "Pohoda REST API", the word REST does not appear on the Stormware page. Stormware describes an XML interface that also handles CSV and PDF, and POHODA mServer. mServer is an HTTP server carrying XML and runs inside the Pohoda program, so Pohoda must be running. Stormware recommends running it on a server system, on an internal network and not on a computer with a public IP address.
- Money S3 has an API module on GraphQL technology. According to the vendor it connects to an e-shop, an invoicing program, a warehouse or a CRM.
- ABRA Flexi gives API access in all plans and limits the number of requests: 5,000 a day on Basic, 10,000 on Business, 20,000 on Premium.
- Odoo 19 has an external JSON-2 API over HTTP with a key in the header. Odoo's documentation states that access to data through the external API is only on Custom plans.
When to stay with an accounting program
Neither Pohoda nor Money S3 is a mistake. Stay if they mostly do accounting and invoices, the e-shop and warehouse are already connected and user rights are simple. Stormware also writes that EET returns on 1 January 2027 and all Pohoda variants will include it.
Look for an alternative when you retype e-shop data by hand, sales keeps contacts and quotes in spreadsheets or production lives in Excel. You will spot it quickly: the five signs are in the article on Excel and ERP. If a CRM next to Pohoda is enough, read the article on a CRM for Pohoda.
Odoo: what you pay for
Odoo has two editions. Odoo states that full-scope accounting is only in Enterprise, while CRM, sales, inventory, manufacturing (MRP) and maintenance are also in the open source Community. Shopfloor, a production schedule (Scheduling), PLM and quality control are only in Enterprise. Lumenax builds on Community and Odoo 19 and fills the missing parts with OCA community modules and its own module for Czech VAT and the control statement. Ask what part of accounting you get in the base and what the module supplies.
Lumenax charges CZK 0 for the licence and CZK 3,400 a month for running the server plus CZK 249 per full user and CZK 49 per light user. According to the Czech price list on odoo.com, Odoo Online costs EUR 33.90 per user per month on the Custom plan, or EUR 27.90 with annual payment. Nearly every company needs Custom: Studio, several companies in one database and the external API aren't available elsewhere. The cheaper Standard plan is Odoo Online without customisation.
The one-off start is calculated by the calculator on lumenax.cz. For 6 to 20 people with Pohoda staying, adding a CRM with a basic data transfer and a standard connection comes to CZK 260,000 to 610,000, with a CRM and warehouse CZK 290,000 to 680,000. A full move from another ERP (CRM, accounting, warehouse, 6 to 20 people, basic connection) comes to CZK 360,000 to 770,000. Cleaning faulty data is not included. Pohoda or Money S3, which is better?
As accounting programs they are close. Decide by package: Money S3 Economy has limits (3,000 journal records, 1 company, 1 warehouse), while in Pohoda double-entry accounting starts at the Profi variant for CZK 12,980 and with a warehouse at the Premium variant for CZK 16,980, all excluding VAT.
Money S3 or Helios, which to choose?
Money S3 is an accounting program with five bundles from CZK 2,990 to 19,990. Helios is an ERP range from Red to Nephrite, Easy packages start at CZK 23,880. The site lists production and a capacity plan for Helios Easy and Inuvio, not among Money S3 features.
Does Pohoda have a REST API?
Stormware's site describes an XML interface and POHODA mServer, an HTTP server carrying XML. The word REST is not there. The API page does not say which variants support XML and mServer, so check with Stormware.
What is a good alternative to Pohoda?
When Pohoda lacks a CRM, warehouse or production, the alternative is an ERP such as Odoo. You can leave Pohoda on accounting and add the ERP around it. If accounting is enough, stay with it.
