Odoo costs come in three layers: licence, project and running. The licence can be CZK 0, the Lumenax project for a firm of 6 to 20 people comes to CZK 270,000 to 630,000 according to its calculator, and running costs CZK 3,400 a month plus CZK 249 per full user. For 15 users the first year comes to roughly CZK 355,000 to 715,000. A more exact number comes only from the fit-gap analysis, not from an article.

The numbers below come from Odoo's price lists and from the calculator on lumenax.cz as of 25 October 2026. Where a vendor did not say something, VAT for instance, we say it is unknown.
Three layers of price

Odoo itself states that its licence prices do not include running a project or expert services. Hosting, support and maintenance are included.
Licence: Community, Standard or Custom
According to the Czech price list on odoo.com, Odoo Online costs EUR 33.90 per user per month on the Custom plan, or EUR 27.90 with annual payment. Nearly every company needs Custom, because only it has Odoo Studio, several companies in one database and the external API. The cheaper Standard plan is Odoo Online without customisation.
An example for 30 users on the Custom plan: 30 × 27.90 × 12 = EUR 10,044 a year with annual payment, 30 × 33.90 × 12 = EUR 12,204 with monthly payment. The Standard plan does not give access to the external API or Odoo Studio; those are only in Custom.
Open source Community is free. According to the editions comparison on odoo.com, CRM, sales, inventory, manufacturing (MRP) and maintenance are in both editions, while full accounting is only in Enterprise. Lumenax builds on Community and fills the missing parts with OCA community modules and its own module. It charges nothing for the licence.
Project: Odoo packs and the Lumenax calculator
Odoo sells the setup to small firms as packs of consultant hours. The estimate on its site applies up to 50 users; larger firms are pointed to a partner.

According to Odoo the 15% discount applies only to a new customer's first pack. Odoo writes that 80% of projects in this scope go live within 200 hours, and claims that 98% of projects succeed with a pack and 65% without one. That is the seller's word; we found no independent measurement.
Lumenax offers a different model: a fixed price after the fit-gap analysis, that is, after working out what Odoo covers on its own, what after an adjustment and what not at all. The calculator gives an estimate in advance. For a CRM, accounting and warehouse with a basic data transfer and a basic connection it returns:

The calculator does not say whether the amounts include VAT. Lumenax prices firms above 50 users after a conversation, not automatically. The calculator page itself gives a range for the first year including running: CZK 150,000 to 300,000 for 1 to 5 users and CZK 350,000 to 750,000 for 6 to 20 users.
Running costs at Lumenax: server and accounts
The licence costs CZK 0. You pay CZK 3,400 a month for the server and CZK 249 per full user; a light user costs CZK 49.

On top of running you can pick a support package: Running (an hour of adjustments a month included), Support from CZK 11,900 with 4 hours and Partner from CZK 32,900 with 10 hours, always plus user accounts. An extra hour costs CZK 3,300, or from CZK 2,200 for larger volumes. A module beyond what can be clicked together costs from CZK 1,000 a month. Custom fields, stages, reports and automatic actions clicked together in the system are included.
What pushes the price up
- Data. A basic transfer costs from CZK 25,000, data with history from CZK 60,000, a full move from another ERP from CZK 120,000. Cleaning faulty data is not included; Lumenax prices it after checking a sample.
- Connections. According to the calculator they add CZK 25,000 to 120,000 depending on complexity.
- Modules. Each added module adds CZK 25,000 to 60,000.
- Haste. A deadline within 6 weeks makes the project 15% more expensive.

Example: a firm of 15 people
Take a firm of 15 people that wants a CRM, accounting and warehouse and transfers basic data. The project comes to CZK 270,000 to 630,000 according to the calculator. Running with 15 full users costs CZK 7,135 a month, which is CZK 85,620 a year. The first year therefore comes to CZK 355,620 to 715,620. The range is wide because the calculator does not yet know your processes. The fit-gap analysis narrows it to a single number.
If Odoo Enterprise was your alternative, compare the whole picture: the licence for 30 users on the Custom plan comes to EUR 10,044 to 12,204 a year, and that is without the project, which you pay for separately to Odoo or a partner.

- Is the price fixed or by the hour? Lumenax promises a fixed one after the fit-gap analysis.
- What is not included? At Lumenax, data cleaning and modules beyond what is clicked together.
- What does the first year cost and what does each later year cost? Add the project and 12 months of running.
- What do you get on leaving? Lumenax states that the code and data stay with the customer.
