There are several alternatives to Helios, and they differ mainly in what the vendor says about the price up front. Asseco Solutions offers Helios Red, Easy, Inuvio and Nephrite. The name Helios Orange has vanished from helios.eu and its address leads to the Inuvio page. If you are looking for what to use instead of Helios Orange or iNuvio, you have four paths: stay with Asseco, take ABRA, extend Pohoda to the E1 line, or move to Odoo. The last is the path Lumenax offers.

The figures below are from the vendors' sites as of 25 October 2026. You will not find an end-of-support date for Helios Orange there and we do not state one. Ask Asseco in writing before you sign anything.
What the vendor says about Helios
According to the site, Helios Red is for sole traders, Easy for a small firm, Inuvio for a mid-sized one and Nephrite for a large one. According to Asseco, more than 4,500 firms in Czechia and Slovakia use Inuvio; it includes a CRM and production with a capacity plan, and the site gives no price. Easy has packages: Economics and Trade from CZK 23,880, Production and Complete from CZK 35,880, Production Complete from CZK 47,880. An hour of a consultant's work costs CZK 2,650 excluding VAT; transport and starting up the system are not included. For the cloud Asseco offers ERPORT, which it describes as the only certified cloud for Helios systems.
You will not find Helios Orange in the text of the pages. The Lumenax page about an alternative to Orange speaks of an end of support, but with no date and no source. Check it with the supplier, not in an article.

ABRA Gen and ABRA Flores are in the Product archive section on the ABRA site; the current offer is Flexi and Aiva. According to Stormware, Pohoda E1 is a line for mid-sized and larger firms with custom agendas and extended warehouses. It mentions production only as editing a production sheet in warehouses. Odoo: what you pay for
Lumenax builds on open source Odoo 19. The licence costs CZK 0, running costs CZK 3,400 a month for the server and CZK 249 per full user, a light user costs CZK 49. Odoo states that full accounting is only in the Enterprise edition, while CRM, sales, inventory, production and maintenance are also in Community. Lumenax fills the missing parts with OCA community modules and its own module. Ask what part of accounting you get in the base.
According to the calculator on lumenax.cz, a project for CRM, accounting and warehouse and a full move from another ERP for a firm of 6 to 20 people comes to CZK 360,000 to 770,000. For 21 to 50 people with CRM, accounting and warehouse and basic data it comes to CZK 470,000 to 1,140,000. Cleaning faulty data is not included. A five-year example for 15 full users: running costs 60 × CZK 7,135, that is CZK 428,100, and with the project it is CZK 788,100 to 1,198,100. Ask every supplier for the same example in writing. For Inuvio or Aiva it cannot be built from the site, because the prices are not published.

How to choose: five questions for the quote
- What do five years cost? Add the project, running and hours of adjustments. The licence price alone is not enough.
- Who owns the data and the code? Lumenax states that the code and data stay with the customer, export is available any time and you can leave any time. Get the others to confirm it.
- Where does the system run? Asseco has ERPORT, ABRA has a cloud and running at the customer, Lumenax has a server in the EU or your own.
- What happens with adjustments? ABRA Flexi charges CZK 2,250 per hour of adjustments, Helios CZK 2,650 for consulting, Lumenax CZK 3,300 for an extra hour or from CZK 2,200 for larger volumes.
- How long does it take? Lumenax states 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope and confirms the date after the fit-gap analysis.
What moving from Helios looks like
Lumenax describes four steps. First it goes through your data and separates what works from the rest. Then it designs a system for your processes, not a copy of the old one. Next it transfers only the data that has value and finally hands the system over in operation. According to the Lumenax ERP page, key people work in a trial copy with their data until it fits, and the switch is meant to happen in a quiet period.
The law also decides how much data to move. Under Section 31 of Act 563/1991 Coll., the financial statements and annual report are kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting period. Accounting documents, accounting books, stocktaking lists and the chart of accounts are kept for 5 years. Old data does not have to go into the new system, but you must have access to it while the period runs. The Lumenax calculator distinguishes three levels: basic data from CZK 25,000 (contacts, products, price lists, open quotes, orders and unpaid invoices), data with history from CZK 60,000 (documents for the last two to three years and stock including batches) and a full move from an ERP from CZK 120,000 (accounting history and a balance check against the old system).

What is an alternative to Helios Orange?
Options include Helios Inuvio from the same vendor, ABRA Aiva or Flexi, Pohoda E1 for firms that need an accounting program with extended warehouses, and Odoo from Lumenax. Decide by the five-year price and by what you get when you leave.
Do I have to move from Helios Orange to iNuvio?
We did not find that on the vendor's site. The address helios.eu/helios-orange led to the Inuvio page on 25 October 2026, but there is no end-of-support date there. Ask Asseco in writing.
Will you take over data from Helios Orange?
